the staff were very helpful and professional. i appreciated the complimentary birthday cake that the hotel management provided . the resort was fenced off from the local community with gated access to eden beach.

i found the food to be not up to the mark and the variety was not good enough. the service was pretty delayed and i had to give several reminders. the swimming pool was not very clean.
